Welcome to kitekite. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the kitekite website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service") provided by GOOSE SOCIAL LLC, a Wyoming corporation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
2Service Description
kitekite is an AI-powered web browser built on WebKit that integrates multiple large language models (LLMs) including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and others. The Service includes:
- The kitekite browser application for macOS
- Our website at kitekite.app
- Related documentation and support services
- Any other services we may provide
3Account Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4License Grant
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to:
- Modify, copy, or create derivative works of the Service
- Reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile the Service
- Rent, lease, loan, sell, sublicense, or distribute the Service
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Remove any proprietary notices from the Service
5User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
- Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

6Third-Party Services and AI Providers
The Service integrates with third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and others). Your use of these integrated services is also subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party services.
You are responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party AI services you access through kitekite and for any API keys or credentials you provide.
7Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GOOSE SOCIAL LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. The kitekite name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of GOOSE SOCIAL LLC.
8Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
9Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GOOSE SOCIAL LLC, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE.
10Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GOOSE SOCIAL LLC and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
11Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
12Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
13Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
14Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
